This is just so comfortable, I adore it! I was concerned that at the price it might not be that great, but I am truly amazed. Very nice, easy to set up, and a great nights sleep.

I had wanted to send a mattress to WA state for my daughter in college. I had gotten her an air mattress, but that product didn't last long at all. Thought that I could just order one from 1-800-MATTRES, but found that they don't deliver to Olympia. This company offered a full sized mattress at a reasonable price, with FREE Shipping. Who could beat that? Plus, my daughter lives on the 4th floor of an apartment building, and they delivered it there, in a fairly short amount of time. She says it's really comfortable, so I'll have to take her word for that, so overall, a great first experience with this company. Didn't have to deal with customer service, so I don't know how they are, but I would definitely use them again.

I was a little leery at buying a bed online, especially since the packaging entailed rolling and vacuum sealing the mattress. I had purchased a mattress in a store packaged the same way and wound up with a 4" mattress at best for a bed advertised to be 6". So I really held my breath buying this item. When it arrived as soon as it was unrolled it already began expanding before I could even remove the plastic, which I took as a good sign that it would actually inflate. When I got the mattress on the frame, it actually expanded to its full size and wound up being so comfortable I sneak every so often into the guest room just to lay down on the bed! I had better luck with an online purchase of a mattress than instore so if I need to shop for a mattress again, I won't be as afraid of doing it online as I was before.
